You can return quality goods within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. To return an item, you must inform the seller in writing and fill in the return form www.shoes4kids.eu. If you picked up your goods in-store, you can return them there by making an appointment by calling +37060084510. The buyer pays the return costs and the money is refunded within 14 days to the buyer's bank account.
